In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together. Using slightly damp hands shape the mixture in to four 4 inch burgers. Cover and chill for 20 mins.
Brush each burger with a little oil and cook on the BBQ or under a moderate grill for 6-8 min per side, until thoroughly cooked and any meat juices run clear.
Serve in bread rolls of your choice with sliced tomatoes, onion rings, lettuce and a selection of relishes, such as guacamole, onion or sweetcorn relish.
