- 6 Pork Belly Slices
- Salt
- Black Pepper
Method
- Pre-heat your oven to 200-220 degrees C
- Line a baking tray with foil or baking paper
- Place the pork belly strips on the pan in a single layer and sprinkle over the seasonings
- Roast until browned and crispy, 30 mins on the first side then turn them over for a further 20-30 mins. Drain the pan mid-way through baking if needed.
