Ingredients
- 4 Pork Loin Steaks
For the Tandoori Marinade
- 100g Greek Natural Yogurt
- 4 Tbsp Tandoori Spice mix
- 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 2 Tbsp oil for frying
Method
- To prepare the marinade, in a shallow dish, mix together all the ingredients for the marinade and season. Add the pork and coat evenly. Cover and leave to marinade in the fridge for at least 10 mins or overnight if time allows.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan, over a medium heat. Add the steaks and cook for 10 mins, turning once.
- Serve the pork with rice, raita, a crisp green salad and lemon wedges.
Tips:
Alternatively cook the steaks on a prepared BBQ over the direct heat for 8-10 mins turning once.
