Tikka Pork Chops

Serves: 2 People

Ingredients

  • 2 Pork Chops
  • 1 Tbsp Tikka spice powder (or similar)
  • 250g New Potatoes
  • ½ Red Onion
  • 50g Baby Leaf Spinach
  • 1 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Tbsp Cold Water
  • 3 Tbsp Natural Yogurt

Method

  • Rub the chops with 2tsp of the tikka spice. Cook under a pre-heated grill or on a prepared BBQ for 8-10 mins each side.
  • Meanwhile cook the potatoesfor 15-20 mins or until soft. Drain and set aside to cool, then transfer to a medium bowl. Add the onion, baby spinach, 1 tsp of tikka spice, ketchup, honey and water.
  • To prepare the spicy yogurt dip mix together the yogurt and the remaining tikka spice.
