Ingredients
- 2 Pork Chops
- 1 Tbsp Tikka spice powder (or similar)
- 250g New Potatoes
- ½ Red Onion
- 50g Baby Leaf Spinach
- 1 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Tbsp Cold Water
- 3 Tbsp Natural Yogurt
Method
- Rub the chops with 2tsp of the tikka spice. Cook under a pre-heated grill or on a prepared BBQ for 8-10 mins each side.
- Meanwhile cook the potatoesfor 15-20 mins or until soft. Drain and set aside to cool, then transfer to a medium bowl. Add the onion, baby spinach, 1 tsp of tikka spice, ketchup, honey and water.
- To prepare the spicy yogurt dip mix together the yogurt and the remaining tikka spice.
