BBQ Gourmet Beef Ranch Burgers


  • 450g Minced Beef
  • 1 Small onion, peeled and grated
  • 1 large garlic clove, peeled and crushed
  • 1 tsp English mustard, Optional
  • 4 tbsp prepared BBQ sauce
  • 1-2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 1 tbsp sunflower oil


  • In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together.  Using slightly damp hands shape the mixture in to four 4 inch burgers.  Cover and chill for 20 mins.


  • Brush each burger with a little oil and cook on the BBQ or under a moderate grill for 6-8 min per side, until thoroughly cooked and any meat juices run clear.


  • Serve in bread rolls of your choice with sliced tomatoes, onion rings, lettuce and a selection of relishes, such as guacamole, onion or sweetcorn relish.
